Carlos holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Health Services Administration, and a Master of Public Health — a rare intellectual convergence that defines Health Front's distinctive advisory model. His formation across law, health administration, and public health has produced an advisor who can walk the clinical corridors of a transplant center, negotiate the terms of a complex payor contract, and architect the financial framework that sustains both.
